ppDETAILS – Hospitality, Sports Leisure is the platform responsible for managing Arrow Global's Hospitality, Sports Leisure assets in Portugal. It currently oversees several hotel units located in Vilamoura, Carvoeiro, Lagos, Albufeira and Madeira, as well as the largest golf portfolio in Portugal, including the golf courses in Vilamoura, PGA Aroeira Lisboa, Palmares and Vale Pisão. Internationally, DETAILS also manages two golf courses in Sicily, integrated within the Costa Ragusa destination. In addition, it is responsible for the management of the Vilamoura Equestrian Centre. /p pThe Greenkeeper Assistant will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and controlling golf course maintenance activities, ensuring efficiency and quality in accordance with required playing conditions and established standards. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, those described below, with strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liPlan, organize, and allocate daily work tasks and prepare staff schedules. /li liMonitor task execution to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met. /li liOperate specialized golf course machinery and equipment. /li liProvide technical and operational training and guidance to the maintenance team. /li liOversee the correct use of machinery, tools, and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance, conservation, and safety.



/li liCollaborate with the Head Greenkeeper on strategic priorities and innovations. /li liReport and address breakdowns, repairs, equipment replacement needs, or improvements. /li liEnsure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations. /li liPrepare activity logs and reports. /li liPerform operational tasks when necessary. /li /ul h3Key Qualifications: /h3 ul liProven experience in golf course or sports field maintenance. /li liExperience in supervisory or leadership roles within operational teams. /li liKnowledge and practice in operating and maintaining specialized golf course machinery. /li liTechniques for preparing and maintaining greens, tees, fairways, and bunkers. /li liKnowledge of irrigation systems and application of plant protection treatments. /li liAbility to organize logistics, tasks, and resource management. /li liLeadership and team motivation skills. /li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills. /li liOrganizational discipline and attention to detail. /li liProactive problem-solving abilities.Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors. /li liFlexibility for weekend and holiday shifts. xysqume /li liItalian fluency is a requirment /li liValid driver's license. /li /ul h3Location: /h3 ul liRagusa /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
