Role: Business Operations Associate (Remote)Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)Role Overview:We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Business Specialist - Google Workspace to work on a full-time basis. The role involves optimizing Google Workspace tools, managing user accounts, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. Responsibilities include training end-users and troubleshooting technical issues to enhance productivity.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and configure Google Workspace accounts, including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Meet for internal teams.- Provide Tier 2 technical support for Google Workspace-related issues, escalating complex problems as needed.- Develop and deliver training sessions to end-users on Google Workspace functionality and best practices.- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize Google Workspace workflows.- Collaborate with IT and security teams to enforce compliance and security policies within Google Workspace.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Proficiency in Google Workspace administration,
