KIKO MILANO is seeking a Retail Trainer (maternity cover) in Umbria, Italy, to develop Beauty Advisors' skills and deliver exceptional customer experiences in line with the brand. The role reports to a Retail Training Manager and collaborates with a team of Retail Trainers across Italy.

You will deliver in-store and online training, tailor guidelines to the local market, and monitor training effectiveness to continuously improve store performance.
