We specialize in Agile, DevOps, and team collaboration technologies, helping organizations work better, faster, and with greater integration. /p pWe are looking for an experienced bBusiness Program Manager /b to launch and drive a focused churn reduction program in a subscription business. You will turn retention priorities into a coordinated portfolio of initiatives, bring together teams across the organization, and help leadership make clear, timely decisions. /p pThis role combines strong program management with commercial judgment. You should be comfortable moving from the economics of a retention initiative to the practical details of getting several workstreams delivered. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liSet up and run the churn program: define workstreams, owners, milestones, decision forums, risks, and a regular performance review /li liCoordinate working groups across multiple projects and functions, including Product, Marketing, Customer Care, Sales, Finance, Data, and Technology /li liManage stakeholders in a complex organization, resolve dependencies, and escape decisions when needed /li liPrepare concise executive presentations that explain performance, initiative progress, expected impact, trade-offs,
and decisions required /li liWork with Finance and Analytics to quantify the potential and realized impact of each workstream, including assumptions, costs, timing, and confidence levels /li liHelp teams identify and prioritize opportunities across churn prevention, retention, and loyalty, using customer insight and commercial value /li liDefine the handover plan and all the documentation needed to make sure the program will remain on track /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul liAround 8 years of relevant experience in Business program management, strategy, commercial operations, or a related role; experience in a subscription business is strongly preferred /li liA track record of launching and coordinating cross-functional programs with multiple projects and senior stakeholders /li liA sound understanding of subscription economics, including recurring revenue, customer lifetime value, acquisition and retention costs, margins, and the value of reducing churn /li liThe ability to build credible Business cases, challenge assumptions, and work with analytical teams to estimate and validate initiative impact /li liStrong executive communication skills: you can turn complex analysis and delivery issues into clear recommendations and effective presentations /li /ul pProject language: English fluent mandatory, German nice to have. /p pWorkplace: Hybrid, at the Client's site 3 days a week (Munich, Germany). /p pJoin us!
