Our technology starts with you. /ph3YOUR ROLE /h3pYou will be responsible for designing reliable, innovative, and robust power components within GaN technology platforms, through extensive TCAD simulations and physical modeling activities. /ppA key part of your role will be to collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, including academia, vendors, and other stakeholders, to accelerate innovation, strengthen technical capabilities, and support the development and qualification of advanced technology platforms. /ph3Key responsabilities /h3ulliDesign reliable and robust power components for GaN technology platforms /liliPerform TCAD simulations and support physical modeling activities /liliSupport technology platform qualification and ensure compliance with internal SOPs /liliWork closely with internal stakeholders across multiple functions /liliBuild effective collaborations with external partners,



including academia and vendors /liliContribute to the exchange of technical knowledge and best practices across internal and external networks /liliSupport project execution through strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving /li /ulh3YOUR SKILLS EXPERIENCES /h3ulliKnowledge of problem solving and program management /liliAdvanced knowledge of TCAD tools is preferred /liliBasic knowledge of process integration is preferred /liliBasic inter-functional communication skills /liliAbility to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners /liliExcellent command of Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite /liliBusiness proficiency in English /li /ulpThe expected salary range for this position is €38,000 – €45,000 gross annual salary (RAL). /ppIn accordance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and applicable Italian legislation, this compensation range has been determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria, including job responsibilities, required skills, relevant experience, qualifications, and market benchmarks. Placement within the range will depend on the candidate’s profile and demonstrated competencies.
