YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESSupport the CMO during meetings and business discussions, including preparing minutes, tracking actions, and following up on outcomesDraft and manage correspondence on behalf of the CMO in English, German, and ItalianAct as a key liaison between the CMO and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment across the organizationPrepare and develop presentations, reports, and communication materials for internal meetings, customer engagements, and public eventsConduct research, gather information, and prepare briefing materials to support decision-making and strategic discussionsCoordinate and prepare meetings, workshops, and executive appointments, ensuring all relevant information and documentation are availableTake ownership of selected projects and special assignments, working independently and collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholdersMonitor progress on strategic initiatives and key projects, ensuring timely execution and escalation where requiredYOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering or a related fieldPrevious years of professional experience in executive support, project coordination, consulting or a comparable roleGood understanding of business processes, management systems,
