As a Test Engineer, you will work in our accredited in-house laboratory and ensure that our products meet the highest customer requirements.
You will support mechanical and electrical testing as well as environmental simulations and lifetime tests – making a decisive contribution to the quality and reliability of our products. This includes the following tasks:
Independent planning, execution, and documentation of laboratory tests
Evaluation of customer inquiries, including feasibility analyses, validation plans, and cost estimates
Responsibility for modern testing technology and its continuous development
Active involvement in projects – from data analysis to results presentation
Coordination with external laboratories and support during audits
Combination of hands-on work in test setups and data analysis
Qualifications
Completed technical education
Initial experience in a laboratory environment; project or quality management experience is an advantage
Good knowledge of German and English, Italian desirable
Strong analytical thinking, precise and structured way of working
Practical skills and craftsmanship
Enjoyment of teamwork
Compensation
Starting salary from €32,000 per year on a full-time basis, classified according to the Metal Industry collective agreement
Depending on your education/qualifications and experience, your compensation may be higher
