Our Global Technology Solutions team builds digital solutions, from sensors and IoT devices to data, analytics and AI-driven capabilities, that support our ISS A/S operations across Cleaning, Workplace, Food and Technical Services. /p pWith tech hubs in Copenhagen, Warsaw, and Porto, and teams collaborating across more than 30 countries, our ISS Tech team develops our digital solutions that have a real impact on both our customers and our people. /p pbLocation: /b Porto, Portugal or Warsaw, Poland /p pbWork regime: /b Hybrid /p pbThe Job Role as Platform Engineer (Analytics, Data AI): /b /p pWe are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer/IT Engineer with strong experience in Azure services to join our team. The ideal candidate will play an important role in managing, automating, and improving our cloud infrastructure, with a focus on function apps, storages, databricks and AI services like Microsoft Foundry on Azure. You will collaborate closely with the development and project teams from our Analytics, Data AI area. These platforms have a global scale. /p h3What you’ll do /h3 ul liDesign, implement, and maintain scalable and secure infrastructure in Microsoft Azure, including Azure Resource Manager (ARM), Virtual Networks, Subnets, Private Endpoints, Private DNS, Azure Storage, Azure Key Vault, Azure Event Grid, Azure Monitor, Diagnostic Settings, and Azure Container Instances. /li liBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, including self‑hosted agents, artifact management, and automated pipeline execution. /li liMonitor and improve system health and performance using Prometheus, Grafana, Check_MK, Azure Monitor, and logging frameworks. /li liDefine, implement, and maintain security controls aligned with ISS standards (RBAC, managed identities, service principals, NSGs, secure service-to-service communication).



/li liOptimize infrastructure costs and performance using Azure Cost Management and related tooling. /li liDevelop automation and integrations using Python scripts, REST APIs, and Azure SDKs. /li liSupport our AI infrastructure: Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI services, Azure Machine Learning, Azure API management. /li liTroubleshoot complex issues across infrastructure, networking, CI/CD, and application layers. /li liParticipate in Agile/Scrum processes and contribute to ongoing improvements within the team. /li /ul h3Key qualifications /h3 pbMust have: /b /p ul liProven experience as a DevOps Engineer or a similar role focused on cloud infrastructure. /li liStrong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure, including architecture fundamentals (Subscriptions, Resource Groups, networking, compute, load balancers, security, monitoring). /li liProficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or GitOps tooling. /li liFamiliarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions. /li liEnglish proficiency, both written and spoken. /li /ul h3Nice have /h3 ul liExperience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack). /li liStrong scripting/automation skills (Python, Bash), including API integrations and Azure SDK usage. /li liUnderstanding of cost, security, and performance optimization in Azure environments. /li liHave a strong interest in understanding the Azure AI landscape and want to be part of delivering AI platforms for developers to use for building strong solution. /li liExperience working in Agile/Scrum teams. /li /ul h3Personal skills /h3 ul liExcellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
