We are looking for a motivated, creative and hands-on Marketing Specialist that reporting to the Marketing Manager will support the planning and execution of marketing activities for some of the OEM Group Brands and product portfolio.

This role is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys combining creativity with operational execution.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing marketing campaigns, creating content, managing digital platforms, supporting events and producing marketing materials that contribute to business growth and brand awareness.
Key Accountabilities Marketing & Communication Support the execution of the annual marketing plan and marketing campaigns Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials Assist in the development of sales and marketing tools for customers, distributors and partners Coordinate marketing activities with internal departments and external suppliers Digital Marketing Manage and update company websites through WordPress Create and publish content across social media platforms Develop and manage email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp or similar platforms Monitor and report on campaign performance and key marketing metrics Support SEO, digital advertising and lead generation activities Content Creation & Graphic Design Create marketing materials using: Canva Adobe InDesign Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator (preferred) Produce brochures, presentations, flyers, newsletters and promotional materials Develop engaging content for websites, social media,
email campaigns and product launches Events & Trade Marketing Support the organisation of exhibitions, trade shows, customer events and product launches Coordinate event materials, merchandising and promotional assets Liaise with suppliers, agencies and external partners to ensure successful project delivery Administration & Project Support Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Maintain marketing databases and asset libraries Collaborate effectively with Sales, Customer Service and Product teams Requirements Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a marketing role Fluent English, both written and spoken Strong knowledge of: WordPress, Mailchimp, Canva Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) Good working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop Experience in social media xysqume management and content creation Strong organisational and project coordination skills Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and content generation platforms Strong organisational and project coordination skills Nice to have Experience with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and digital marketing tools Experience within B2B, hospitality, beverage or premium product sectors Basic knowledge of AI tools and their application in marketing and communications Experience using generative AI platforms (such as ChatGPT, Copilot or similar tools) to support content creation, campaign development, market research and productivity Interest in emerging digital marketing technologies and AI-driven marketing trends Workplace: Bologna Base Salary (Gross Annual Salary): €30,000
