Primary Responsibilities & Daily Tasks
As an Italian Customer Support Specialist, you will act as a frontline brand ambassador, ensuring our Italian-speaking client base receives exceptional service. Your everyday tasks will include:
- Multichannel Customer Support: Handling user inquiries with professionalism, speed, and care across incoming phone calls, email messages, and real-time live chat.
- Troubleshooting & Technical Support: Methodically diagnosing account-related inquiries or technical issues, guiding customers step-by-step toward complete resolutions.
- CRM Data Management: Maintaining clear, detailed logs of customer communications, feedback, and open support tickets within our centralized CRM platform.
- Continuous Product Learning: Staying thoroughly updated on software releases, diagnostic tools, and internal guidelines to offer reliable and accurate support.
- Performance Metric Alignment: Hitting or exceeding your assigned individual key performance indicators (KPIs) while protecting our high standards of service quality.
Candidate Qualifications & Requirements
Language Abilities
- Italian: Excellent, fluent command across both written and spoken communication.
- English: Professional working command (B2 level minimum) for clear coordination with global management and internal team members.

Compensation Structures & Living Options
We offer two customized compensation models so you can select the accommodation setup that best suits your living preferences:
- Package Option A (Self-Arranged Accommodation): A gross monthly salary of €1,340 if you prefer to locate, rent, and fund your own apartment in Lisbon.
- Package Option B (Company-Provided Housing): A gross monthly salary of €1,060 paired with dedicated corporate accommodation.
