Your focus will be on maintaining and improving existing cloud and infrastructure services as part of BAU operations, while managing evergreen changes to keep systems secure, compliant, and up to date.You will work across a broad range of technologies and act as a subject matter expert in one or more of the following areas:Microsoft 365 administration, governance, and optimisationAzure identity, security, authentication, PaaS/IaaS, and platform servicesEntra ID, Conditional Access,



MFA, SSO, app registrations, and enterprise applicationsDevice Management - Intune:Windows 11 and Android mobile device managementWindows 11 Autopilot, compliance policies, app deployment, and patch managementSecurity baselines and device hardeningAutomation & Infrastructure as Code:PowerShell automation and scriptingInfrastructure as code using ARM, Bicep, or TerraformDevOps, CI/CD, and automated cloud deploymentsCore Infrastructure:Windows Server administrationVirtualisation platforms (e.g., Hyper V, VMware)Networking fundamentals, DNS, DHCP, routing, firewalling, and connectivity troubleshootingThe role involves providing technical input and advice to management, helping inform IT direction and promoting awareness of IT policies, technologies, systems, and processes.
