well-documented code and participate in peer reviews Refactor to reduce technical debt and improve performance Monitor and troubleshoot live applications to ensure a smooth user experience Engage in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to maintain momentum 4+ years of full-stack development experience with a strong frontend focus Proficiency in frontend technologies; willingness to work with Angular when needed Experience in Scrum environments and understanding of CI/CD processes Experience with automation and testing frameworks for high-velocity delivery Proactive problem-solver with diagnostic skills for complex issues Collaborative team player with strong communication and accountability proactive problem solving effective communication frontend technologies (Angular knowledge preferred) any frontend framework/library experience
