Overview In this role you will apply strategic consulting to major Pharma, Medical Device and Healthcare players, shaping commercial models, omnichannel transformations, and AI-enabled solutions. You will work with cross-border teams on cutting-edge Life Sciences projects, contributing to proposals and building reusable methodologies. You’ll lead end-to-end workstreams, coach analysts, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders in a multinational environment. Responsabilità

Own end-to-end workstreams: framing problems, designing analyses, gathering evidence, and delivering client recommendations Coordinate and coach analysts and consultants within the stream to ensure high-quality outputs Manage client counterparts autonomously at middle management level and lead client conversations with senior stakeholders Contribute to proposals, scope extensions and client development alongside managers and partners Help build reusable assets, methodologies,

and thought leadership for the practice Engage in engagements such as commercial model design, field force sizing, market access and pricing strategy, operating model redesign, and omnichannel transformation Deploy AI use-cases across commercial and medical operations and assess value creation

Requisiti fondamentali

5+ years of experience in Healthcare/Life Sciences projects in international contexts Background in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Economics, Engineering or Biotechnology; Master’s or MBA a plus Fluent in English; third language (French, Spanish, German) a plus Strong analytical skills and ability to structure ambiguous problems into workable plans Proven track record of running workstreams autonomously and knowing when to escalate Tech-curious with interest in how AI reshapes healthcare and creates value Positive, collaborative attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, multinational environment Willingness to innovate and thrive in a startup-like culture within a multinational company autonomy leadership collaboration AI use-case deployment in healthcare analytical problem solving operating model redesign
