And that's where you come in. /p h3Accountabilities /h3 ul liPlan, monitor and coordinate engineering activities throughout the entire project lifecycle, from bid phase to final delivery, including product design, verification and validation /li liCoordinate project teams across different engineering disciplines to ensure compliance with input requirements, applicable regulation and standards, and assigned budget, schedule, and quality targets /li liPrepare project documentation (both during bid and execution phase), including technical proposals, engineering plans, design review reports, etc. /li liDuring bid phase, prepare and maintain the Product Data Sheet (PDS), to allow the Quotation Manager to collect and consolidate the industrial product cost to be provided to the Bid Manager /li liEnsure the submission of System Requirements Specifications (SyRS) for supplier engagement /li liSupported by the Requirements Engineer, ensure requirements management throughout the entire project lifecycle, from bid phase to final delivery, by properly maintaining the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), duly tracing requirements compliance, alongside verification and validation evidences /li liAct as the primary technical interface with the customer, ensuring the collection delivery of project documentation (duly prepared and verified by relevant WPLs) /li liManage and conduct design reviews (both internal and with customers) for the assigned bid/project, under the supervision of relevant line manager /li liMonitor and report project progress and performances, as well as technical risks and opportunities,
sharing them with the Project Manager and promptly escalating when necessary /li liManage and track project KPI and open items by means of defined templates/dashboards /li liEffectively liaise with other departments (Project Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, Industrialization, Quality, Certification Safety, etc.) to ensure the successful delivery of the assigned bid/project /li liAssess the technical impact of customer changes/VOs and support the change process /li /ul liManage non-conformances in line with internal processes and procedures /li liEnsure the submission of all relevant manuals, documentation, training to the customer /li liSupported by the Certification Manager and the Project Validation Manager, define the certification strategy and the validation strategy of the project /li liCoordinate testing activities with relevant departments to ensure appropriate verification and validation /li liSupport the homologation phase by actively coordinating the preparation of the documentation required for vehicle approval /li liEnsure that engineering changes, project requirements, and project configuration are properly managed throughout the project lifecycle, in compliance with company processes /li h3Required Skills/ Knowledge /h3 ul liBasic knowledge of system engineering and requirements management disciplines /li liBasic knowledge of design verification and validation methodologies /li liGood knowledge of office automation software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) /li liAbility to coordinate multiple functional teams across different engineering disciplines throughout complex project lifecycles /li liAbility to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, international and multicultural environment /li liStrong organizational skills, alongside team-working, problem-solving and results-driven mindset /li liAbility to liaise with internal and external stakeholders (including suppliers, partners, customers) /li liAbility to work within project teams under minimal supervision /li liAvailability for occasional short-term national and international business trips /li /ul h3Desired Skills/ Knowledge /h3 ul liMinimum experience (1-2 years)
in the Railway sector or in complex industrial environments /li liBasic knowledge of the main railway regulations and standards /li liBasic knowledge of IBM DOORS requirements management tool /li liBasic knowledge of engineering processes and railway operations /li liBasic knowledge of RAMS discipline /li liBasic knowledge of electrical, electronic and mechanical engineering disciplines /li liBasic knowledge of electrical/mechanical design software (AutoCAD, Creo, Catia, etc.) /li liPreferred knowledge of main vehicle architectures and functions /li liFast learner with strong willingness to stay up to date with technological developments /li liGood business acumen combined with solid technical skills /li liGood communication and interpersonal skills /li /ul h3Education / Qualifications /h3 pMaster's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or equivalent preferred). /p h3Languages /h3 pKnowledge of written and spoken English (at least B2 level). /p p"Alla posizione si applica il vigente CCNL per l'industria metalmeccanica privata e l'installazione di impianti, con inquadramento nel livello B1, ai sensi della relativa disciplina di classificazione del personale." /p pProponiamo una retribuzione annua lorda compresa tra 33.000 € e 38.000 €. /p pThank you for your interest in Hitachi Rail.
