pbProcurement Specialist / Buyer /b /p pOur Client, international holding active in real estate investment development, is rapidly expanding its operations in Italy and is seeking a /p p/ Milan-based / /p pThe Buyer will join the newly established Italian Procurement function and will provide operational purchasing support across both Construction activities and the ongoing management of the real estate portfolio through Property Facility Management. /p pThe role will focus on the day-to-day execution of the procurement process, including supplier sourcing, RFQs, tendering, bid comparison, negotiations, preparation of purchase orders and contracts, and follow-up of purchased goods and services. /p pThe Buyer will report directly to the Procurement Manager, Head of the function. /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liManage day-to-day sourcing and procurement activities; /li liIdentify and source new suppliers, contractors, subcontractors and service providers; /li liPrepare and issue RFQs and tender documentation; /li liCollect, structure and compare technical and commercial bids; /li liSupport tender processes for construction works, materials and services; /li liNegotiate pricing, commercial terms and supply conditions; /li liSupport the preparation of purchase orders, contracts and procurement documentation; /li liManage purchase requests from the Construction, Property Management and Facility Management teams; /li liWork closely with Project Managers on individual work packages and service packages; /li liMonitor deadlines, purchase orders,



deliveries and the progress of contracted services; /li liMaintain procurement databases, vendor lists and supplier documentation; /li liMonitor supplier performance and support supplier evaluation processes; /li liSupport the Procurement Manager with cost analysis, benchmarking and cost-saving initiatives; /li liContribute to the development of long-term relationships with reliable suppliers and business partners. /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liPrevious experience in an operational Buyer / Procurement / Purchasing role, preferably within Construction, Real Estate or the wider Built Environment; /li liExperience with RFQs, tendering and commercial bid comparison; /li liUnderstanding of construction processes and/or technical services related to property operations; /li liExperience working with suppliers, contractors and service providers; /li liAbility to prepare and manage procurement and contractual documentation; /li liStrong command of MS Office, particularly Excel; /li liProfessional working proficiency in English. /li /ul h3The Offer: /h3 ul liA key role in establishing and developing the new Italian Procurement function, with responsibility for country-level purchasing operations within a rapidly expanding international Group; /li liCompetitive compensation package, aligned with experience, plus premio.
