h3JOB PURPOSE/ROLE /h3 pThe candidate would be required to provide support to the Non Motor Actuarial Office across the full spectrum of Pricing analysis. /p pThe individual's key responsibilities are listed below: /p ul liSupport the data ingestion and data transformation procedures /li liData exploration, transformation and cleaning procedures /li liStructuring data science solutions to achieve a given set of business objectives /li liBuild and prototype analysis and Machine Learning models and support their implementation and deployment in the systems of the company /li liModel customer behavior based on market and competitor's analysis /li liImplement and enhance dashboards and business intelligence tools to support risk analysis and portfolio management /li liImplementation of Radar Base Projects for Impact Analysis/Scenario Testing /li liImplementation of the tariff (both Technical and Commercial), discount, UW rules, renewal process in Radar Live in accordance with technical specification provided by Pricing Actuaries, Product Development and Anti-Fraud people /li liDoing Research and Development to find new technical solutions /li /ul h3KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE /h3 ul liPhD or Master's degree in a quantitative field (i.e. computer science, mathematics, physics, statistics or engineering) /li liMinimum two years working experience in a similar role /li liGood hands-on knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Python, SAS or R)
/li liExperience with Pandas or SQL for data manipulation and analysis /li liFamiliarity with machine learning techniques like gradient boosting machines and linear models /li liPassion and ability for data exploration, analysis and modelling in order to design and develop systems to support strategic business decisions /li liPreferably knowledge of the Tower Watson Suite: Emblem, Radar /li liFluent in Italian and English /li liAbility to work independently as well as engage and interact with different stakeholders /li /ul pAllianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
