We offer an initial 12-month contract with the possibility of direct hire by the company.Compensation: RAL35-36K, CCNL Metalworking IndustryWorkplace: FlorenceResponsabilitàAs an Finance Specialist - FP&A Operations, you will be responsible for the financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis of assigned functional cost organisations. You will partner closely with business leaders to provide actionable insights, monitor cost performance, support decision-making, and help drive cost control initiatives while contributing to continuous improvement and reporting automation efforts.As Finance Specialist - FP&A Operations, you will be responsible for:Managing functional cost reporting and analysis, providing timely insights into spending trends, risks, opportunities, and financial performance; Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure functional cost performance and support business decision-making; Analysing actual results versus budget, forecast, and prior-year performance, identifying cost drivers and recommending actions to improve cost productivity and spending discipline; Partnering closely with functional leaders to provide financial guidance, challenge assumptions, support decision-making,
