About the Role
We are seeking a Procurement Manager based in Milan to support selected jewelry and fashion-accessories manufacturing programs. The role is suited to professionals who understand sourcing, supplier management, purchasing, materials, production requirements, and the coordination needed between brands and manufacturing partners.
Responsibilities
- Support procurement and sourcing activities for jewelry and fashion-accessories programs.
- Identify and evaluate suppliers, materials, components, and manufacturing resources.
- Coordinate purchasing requirements with product-development, production, and quality teams.
- Monitor supplier performance, lead times, pricing, capacity, and delivery.
- Support new-product development and sample-to-production transitions.
- Identify supply risks and support alternative sourcing solutions.
- Coordinate communication between European brand teams and international manufacturing teams.
- Support cost, quality, and supply-continuity improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, supply chain, or supplier management.
- Experience in jewelry, fashion accessories, luxury goods, metal components, or premium physical products is preferred.
- Strong understanding of supplier and manufacturing workflows.
- Strong negotiation and commercial capabilities.
- Experience working with international suppliers or manufacturing partners is highly valued.
- Professional Italian and English communication skills are preferred.

This is a remote, contract-based and project-oriented role supporting selected international jewelry-manufacturing programs.
