h3Job Description /h3br/pRenesas is looking for a Senior Staff Analog Engineer to join the Power Product Group, Performance Computing Power Team in Catania (Italy). In this role, you will work on the design and development of Smart Power Stages and Power Management Integrated Circuits, with the ability to support product definition and testability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet our customers' needs. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the design and development of Smart Power Stages and Power Management ICs. /liliDesign low-power precision analog and mixed-signal circuits including but not limited to: Voltage and Current References, Temperature Sensors, Current Sense, Amplifiers, Comparators, Oscillators, Charge Pumps, DACs, ADCs, LDOs, Level Shifters, Gate Drivers, Protection Circuits. /liliCollaborate with digital design, layout, and verification teams. /liliPerform circuit simulations and analysis to optimize performance and reliability. /liliConduct design reviews and provide feedback to ensure design quality and compliance with specifications. /liliSupport test engineers, validation engineers, application engineers, product engineers. /liliStay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation. /li /ulbr/h3Qualifications /h3ulliMaster's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field. /liliMinimum of 8+ years of experience in analog and mixed-signal IC design. /liliStrong knowledge of analog design principles, including signal processing and power management. /liliStrong knowledge of transistor level design. /liliProficiency in using Cadence design tools. /liliSolid knowledge of feedback control systems. /liliProblem-solving skills and attention to details. /liliGood communication and interpersonal skills. /liliGood knowledge of written and spoken English. /liliAbility to work effectively in a team environment.
/liliAvailability to travel occasionally when requested. /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliExperience with DC-DC switching converter design. /liliExperience with advanced process technologies (e.g., CMOS, BiCMOS, BCD). /liliFamiliarity with industry standards and compliance requirements. /li /ulbr/h3Additional Information /h3br/pThe expected annual pay range for this position is €61,000–€82,000. Please note that the final offer will depend on factors such as geographic location, relevant experience, and the candidate’s skill set.
