Reporting to the Global Vertical Market Leader for Data Centers, this role will be responsible for executing growth strategies and driving market penetration. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in data center infrastructure with strong commercial acumen, building strategic relationships with key ecosystem players and accelerating adoption of innovative technologies such as liquid cooling and advanced thermal management. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys shaping market opportunities, and is passionate about delivering cutting‑edge solutions to customers. /p pbKey Responsibilities Accountabilities /b /p ul liOwn the data center growth agenda, translating global strategy into actionable plans with measurable outcomes. /li liDevelop and execute go‑to‑market strategies for hyperscalers, colocation providers, and enterprise customers, ensuring alignment with global priorities. /li liDrive adoption of high‑growth technologies such as liquid cooling, leak detection, and monitoring solutions. /li /ul h3Market Development Partnerships /h3 ul liIdentify and pursue new business opportunities, including adjacent technologies and emerging markets. /li liBuild and maintain relationships with OEMs, integrators,
consultants, and channel partners to expand market presence and influence buying decisions. /li liRepresent the company at industry events and forums, positioning the organization as a thought leader in data center innovation. /li /ul h3Cross‑Functional Collaboration /h3 ul liWork closely with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless execution of initiatives. /li liProvide market intelligence on competitive activity, customer trends, and regulatory developments to inform product roadmaps and strategic decisions. /li liEngage directly with strategic accounts, uncovering needs and converting insights into tailored solutions. /li liSupport major account negotiations and breakthrough deals, acting as a trusted advisor to customers and partners. /li /ul h3Performance Management /h3 ul liMaintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring transparency and accountability. /li liReport progress to leadership, highlighting wins, challenges, and opportunities for acceleration. /li /ul pbWhat You’ll Bring /b /p ul liBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. /li li7‑10+ years of experience in data center infrastructure, with exposure to technologies such as liquid cooling, thermal management, or leak detection. /li liProven success in business development and sales leadership,
