Our core services include equity and debt fundraising, mergers and acquisitions (M&A;), and secondary transactions. We work directly with founders and management teams to prepare investor materials, run outreach processes, evaluate offers, and support negotiations through to closing.

Role Description

This is a tempo parziale, fully remote role for an Analyst. In this position, you will assist in financial research and analysis, support the preparation of investment materials, and contribute to market studies.

Day-to-day responsibilities include compiling and analyzing data, creating reports, and providing analytical support for client projects and capital-raising efforts. The role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in finance, equity markets, and consulting.

Qualifications

Strong skills in financial analysis, data interpretation, and research methodologies

Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software

Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks effectively

Enthusiasm for learning about equity markets, financial advisory, and capital-raising strategies
