PEOPLE operates a new logistics site in the Rovigo province and seeks an Outbound Department Manager. You will lead the outbound team, ensure efficient flow from the Distribution Center to stores and customers, and coordinate with Transport and other departments to optimize performance.

The role requires a strong focus on KPI-driven management, budget oversight, and continuous improvement, with an emphasis on safe, productive operations in a fast-paced retail logistics environment.
