In this role, you will assist international clients via chat, email, and phone, providing top-tier service and issue resolution. /ph3Key Responsibilities: /h3ulliHandle customer inquiries efficiently through phone, email, and live chat in your assigned language and English. /liliProvide accurate information and troubleshoot issues regarding customer accounts, services, or products. /liliMaintain high customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner. /liliCollaborate with team members and internal departments to collaborate with complex cases.
