Role Purpose

Lead the distribution strategy for Direct channels (booking engine, call center, brand website) and OTAs, optimizing channel mix, revenue, and distribution costs across the portfolio.

Lead the distribution strategy for Direct channels (booking engine, call center, brand website) and OTAs, optimizing channel mix, revenue, and distribution costs across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define the Direct & OTA distribution strategy in coordination with Revenue Management and E-commerce.
- Manage commercial and contractual relationships with major OTAs (Booking, Expedia, etc.), negotiating terms and visibility.
- Develop the direct channel (website, booking engine, call center) to increase the direct-booking share.
- Monitor channel KPIs (production, commissions, rate parity, conversion) and define action plans.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and channel-marketing initiatives with Digital Marketing.




- Oversee rate parity and contractual compliance across all online channels.
- Demonstrate leadership, teamwork, organizational, and team-management skills.
- Fluent English, Italian, and a second language (French or German) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel.

Requirements:

- Degree in Economics, Management, or other STEM; a background in E-commerce is highly preferred.
- At least 7 years of experience in distribution/e-commerce roles at international top-tier firms.
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of distribution systems (CRS, channel manager, booking engine) and OTA dynamics.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Fluent English.
- Leadership and cross-functional management skills.
