Each Valentino colleague is crucial to guarantee that every need in Valentino is met with mastery, creativity, uniqueness, and care. /p pbPosition: /bEUROPE EVENTS MANAGER /p pbReports to /b: Head of Marketing Europe /p pThe Europe Events Manager is responsible for driving and executing the Events strategy across Europe, ensuring full alignment with Valentino’s Global Marketing vision and Brand DNA. /p pThe role contributes to strengthening Valentino’s positioning as a leading luxury Maison by delivering elevated, consistent and client-centric event experiences, designed to enhance brand desirability, exclusivity and long-term client engagement. /p h3MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liDefine and implement the European Events strategy in line with Global guidelines and Valentino brand positioning; /li liEnsure all activations fully reflect Valentino’s codes, aesthetics and storytelling; /li liGuarantee consistency and excellence across all European markets. /li liPrepare structured presentations for HQ summarizing activities for approval. /li /ul h3Event Execution Excellence /h3 ul liCoordinate the execution of events, including VIC events, clienteling activations, product launches, in-store experiences, and partnership animations in close alignment with the Global Marketing team; /li liEnsure a best-in-class luxury execution, with strong attention to detail, personalization and exclusivity; /li liOversee and coordinate the European events calendar, ensuring prioritization and coherence. /li liCoordinate and directly manage the full execution of events, including VIC events, clienteling activations, product launches, in-store experiences and partnership activations,



ensuring seamless end-to-end delivery; /li liLead the operational planning of events, including timelines, production plans and detailed run of show for each activation; /li liIdentify, select and manage all external suppliers (catering, agencies, production suppliers, entertainment, logistics partners), ensuring alignment with Valentino standards and budget guidelines; /li liSource and continuously evaluate new suppliers to enhance quality, creativity and efficiency; /li liCoordinate closely with store teams, Visual Merchandising and Store Operations to ensure proper in-store execution, setup and compliance with brand guidelines; /li liSupervise on-site execution when required, ensuring flawless delivery, attention to detail and problem-solving in real time. /li /ul h3Client Engagement CRM Integration /h3 ul liPartner closely with the Client Engagement (CRM) team to define targeted event strategies based on client segmentation and insights; /li liDesign events to support client acquisition, retention and loyalty, with a specific focus on VIC clients; /li liEnsure full integration between events, clienteling activities and CRM journeys (invitation strategy, follow-up, performance tracking). /li /ul h3Cross-functional Collaboration /h3 ul liAct as a key point of coordination between Global Marketing and regional/local teams; /li liCollaborate with Retail/Wholesale, PR, Beauty, Client Engagement and local Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution; /li liManage external agencies and suppliers,
