The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests. While checking in, registering guests, the Front Desk Agent is a source of knowledge for the guest for everything about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area. /p h3Your Role: /h3 ul liHelp guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience /li liProvide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest /li liCheck guests in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is established. /li liHelp to resolve problems and “WOW” guests through recovery when things aren’t quite right /li liPromote and sell special hotel programs. /li liInteract with hotel/resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information. /li liBe knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and policies. /li liCommunicate all pertinent information to manager on duty. /li liFollow set procedures on posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds. /li liAssist other departments as needed. /li /ul h3What are we looking for? /h3 h3Qualifications: /h3 ul liHigh school diploma or equivalent. /li liOnQ experience /li liA strong desire to make an impact on other people /li liAn outgoing and engaging personality /li liComputer skills /li liExcellent verbal and written communication skills /li liAbility to work in a fast‑paced setting /li liAbility to stand for the duration of the shift /li liMust be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays /li /ul h3Compensation: /h3 pPyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
