Mechanic (Hydraulic Piling Rigs & Hydromills) Mission:

Ensure proper maintenance of hydraulic and mechanical equipment, guaranteeing safe and efficient operation while minimizing breakdowns and production downtime.

Main Responsibilities

• Comply with site safety procedures.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Diagnose equipment issues and malfunctions.

• Prepare reports on intervention times and costs.

• Repair faults and replace worn or damaged components.

• Disassemble and reassemble machinery components.

• Ensure safe and productive equipment operation.

• Test equipment after repairs.

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

• Update equipment maintenance records and report completed interventions to site management.





• Support the supervisor in departmental activities.

Key Skills

• Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance principles and procedures.

• Experience with drilling and foundation equipment, including hydraulic piling rigs and hydromills.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation.

• Knowledge of machinery assembly and disassembly techniques.

• Understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems.

• Competence in troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.

• Ability to perform routine and major maintenance works.

• Ability to estimate maintenance time and costs accurately.
