Groupe Rossignol in Milan is seeking a DTC Lead to drive the overall trading performance of our DTC business across e-commerce and retail channels. You will set the commercial direction, ensuring P&L;, assortment, inventory investment, and profitability align with consumer demand and objectives.

You will lead the ecommerce, retail and planning teams, translate insights into action, and build a high-performing trading function focused on sustainable growth and commercial excellence.
