S/He will be responsible to reach the targets of the assigned field of development. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liControl/monitoring of timing, costs and quality of work; /li liManagement of the work team,



product suppliers and management of collaboration with other internal department; /li liCustomer management; /li liAchievement of the project’s technical objectives relevant to the perimeter of responsibility; /li liManagement of "escalation" activities relating to serious problems with a proposed solution; /li liPromotion of the work of the Organizational Unit within the company and towards of the Group Brands. /li /ul h3Requisiti: /h3 h3Key Requirements /h3 ul liKnowledge of the Exterior Visibility Systems as a product as Glasses, Glassroof, Wipers, Washer systems including ADAS needs (guide line, best practices, costs and time); /li liProduction technologies and tooling lead time (glasses, plastic and foam molding, welding, surface treatments, linings); /li liMaterials technologies (material characteristics); /li liAbility to transform technical contents/targets into economic constraints and geometric constraints into feasible process solutions; /li liKnowledge of the physical phenomena involved in the performance and knoweledge of the points of attention to be monitored; /li liDevelopment and design techniques and processes (design review, robust design, FMEA); /li liAbility to organize/motivate a teamwork depending on needs and contingent situations; /li liProblem solving, ability to synthesize information, priority management, proactivity, flexibility, resilience; /li liIntermediation capacity between his/her own team and the other teams involved; /li liAbility to manage component and system suppliers; /li liDecision making skills combined with an assertive and persuasive leadership style; /li liMultitasking ability respecting the quality standards and required timelines; /li liAbility to anticipate, manage critical situations and provide effective solutions; /li liNegotiation skill. /li /ul h3Preferential Requirements /h3 ul liTechnical drawing and modeling (CAD processes, basic knowledge of Catia 5 and data release systems); /li liQuality standards, processes,



dynamics typical of an OEM car manufacturer; /li liLegislative/homologation/rating constraints; /li liKnowledge of component verification methods and procedures (eg. testing specifications); /li liAbility to disseminate and transfer methodology and know-how in his/her own project team and to the rest of the department teams. /li /ul h3Altre informazioni: /h3 h3Education: /h3 pMaster’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical or equivalent. /p h3Language skills: /h3 pFluent knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English are required. Knowledge of German would be appreciated /p h3Workplace: /h3 pMoncalieri (TO) and availability to travel /p h3Compensation Package /h3 h3Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) /h3 pItalian National Metalworkers’ Collective Labour Agreement. /p h3Base Salary (RAL) /h3 pThe gross annual base salary offered for this position will be no less than € 33.000. /p h3Final Compensation /h3 pThe final compensation package will be determined based on the candidate’s professional experience, competencies and qualifications, and on the applicable role level, in line with the company’s internal compensation framework. The final salary may therefore be higher than the minimum amount stated above. /p h3Variable Compensation /h3 pEligible employees will participate in the company’s variable compensation programmes, subject to role eligibility and the applicable company policies in force at the time of employment.
