Overview

We are looking for a motivated candidate to join our multicultural team in Lisbon as the main point of contact for Italian‑speaking customers. The role involves handling inquiries via phone, email and live web chat.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide courteous, solution‑focused assistance to Italian customers through calls, emails and live chat.
- Investigate issues, identify root causes and deliver personalized resolutions.
- Accurately record customer data, inquiry details and resolution steps in the enterprise CRM system.
- Meet performance targets such as CSAT, first contact resolution (FCR) and average handle time (AHT).
- Participate in continuous training to stay updated on product changes, guidelines and workflows.
- Flexibility to work rotating 24/7 shifts on‑site in Lisbon.

Qualifications

- Native or advanced (C1–C2) proficiency in Italian; operational English (minimum B2).




- Strong interpersonal skills, active listening and ability to work under high‑volume pressure.
- Legal right to work in the EU/EEA (EU passport or Portuguese work authorization).

Compensation & Benefits

- Plan A – local resident package: €1,262.33 gross monthly, housing self‑managed.
- Plan B – relocation package: €1,059.00 gross monthly, private room in shared company flat, airfare reimbursement and airport transfer.
