Role summary

we are looking for fluent italian‑speaking professionals to join our multicultural team in lisbon. the role is the primary point of contact for italian‑speaking consumers, handling inquiries via telephone, email and instant messaging.

Core responsibilities

- manage incoming inquiries from italian clients through phone, email and live chat, providing warm, professional and solution‑driven communication.
- diagnose customer issues, identify root causes and deliver fast, customized resolutions.
- accurately log customer profiles, inquiries, actions and resolutions in the enterprise crm system.
- consistently meet operational targets such as csat, first contact resolution (fcr) and average handle time (aht).
- participate in ongoing training and coaching to stay updated on product changes, company policies and service workflows.

Qualifications

- fluent or advanced italian (c1‑c2) – written, spoken and reading.
- operational english competence (minimum b2)



for internal communication.
- excellent interpersonal skills, active listening and composure under high‑volume pressure.
- legal eligibility: eu/eea citizenship, eu passport or valid portuguese work authorization.

Compensation & benefits

- local contract: €1262,33 gross per month (12‑month basis) – self‑arranged housing.
- relocation contract: €1059,00 gross per month – private room in shared corporate flat, utilities included.
- travel assistance: inbound flight reimbursement after probation plus airport pickup.

Work schedule

full‑time on‑site presence at our lisbon office. continuous 24/7 rotation, 40hours per week, 8‑hour daily shifts.
