YOUR ROLE In this role, you will support the Fairs & Events and Seasonal Brand Retail teams in planning and activating temporary lounges in iconic, high-footfall locations across the country. You will contribute to initiatives aimed at attracting, engaging, and retaining consumers, while supporting the execution of brand engagement and commercial activities through a multi-category approach. You will also assist in the planning and implementation of communication plans designed to enhance consumer engagement and drive traffic to the lounges.

What You’ll Do

- Assist in preparing internal presentations and reports.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support the execution of activation plans.

- Support preparatory activities for lounge openings, including utility activation, shipments, visual merchandising, and equipment orders.

- Assist in the setup and dismantling of lounges.

- Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing consumer engagement within lounges.

- Support the management of the hospitality platform,

coordinating with internal teams and external agencies.

- Assist in the planning and execution of events, including hospitality initiatives and related negotiations.

- Help ensure alignment among stakeholders to support the timely and effective delivery of activation initiatives.

Skills & Capabilities

- University degree.

- Literacy in Office Suite.

- Fluent in English and in Italian.

- Ability to work alone, in team and to engage with multi-functional stakeholders.

- Good communication skills.

- Customer and problem-solving orientation.

- Quick learning capabilities, entrepreneurship and attention to details.

- Any previous involvement in event organization and/or commercial environment or similar activities will be considered a plus.

Rewards & Benefits

We offer an Internship of 6 months length, tempo pieno.

For this position, you will receive a monthly allowance of €900.
