With $6.9 billion in sales, a strong customer base and global reach spanning nearly 70 countries, we are uniquely positioned to deliver greater value to our customers and create new opportunities for our people. /ppWe are currently seeking a bSenior Electrical Engineer /b to join our dynamic team in bTognana, Italy! /b As Senior Electrical Engineer you will be working in a multi-disciplinary Engineering team on Sustaining VAVE activities on Thermal units. /ph3What kind of work will you be doing? /h3ulliDesigning solutions with the focus on the electrical aspects, collaborating with Suppliers, Procurement, and Work in a multi-disciplinary Engineering team on Sustaining VAVE activities on Thermal units /liliCreating and reviewing product documentation (CAD diagrams, specifications, bills of material). /liliMeeting objectives of cost, quality, environment, and time of execution, achieving the best tradeoff between market and internal customer needs. /liliAnalyzing and resolving technical problems as regards products under his/her responsibility; improving, updating, reviewing the mechanical drawings according to the information from the Production, Procurement and Logistics departments, to simplify the assembly, reducing the costs and improving the quality. /liliDeveloping projects, preparing and distributing the documentation for their realization, so as to ensure the compliance with the scheduled production time; /liliIntroducing changes on units in production and in other departments. To cooperate in calculating the cost of the electrical modifications on the units,
evaluating the possible use of obsolete parts, looking for alternative materials. /liliProviding the information flow to the production and to the suppliers. To cooperate in solving electric non-conformities and the claims issue by the production and by the final testing line to improve the final product. /li /ulh3What will make you successful? /h3ulliKnowledge of groundings of electro-technique and of electric regulations, applied to electric components. /liliCapacity of taking decisions as for solving problems. Knowledge of the electric components. /liliKnowledge of thermodynamics and refrigeration principles are desirable but not essential. /liliKnowledge of air conditioning/refrigeration products is required. /liliTechnical Diploma of secondary school. Technical university (electric and/or electronical qualification) is a plus. /liliEnglish – Intermediate level – Written and spoken. Fluent speaking, reading, and writing should be a plus. /liliCompetences: result-oriented, team player, careful to details, flexiblility. /liliAttitude for team work. Accuracy in drawing and operating in general. /liliAt least 3 year of design experience in the electro-technical and conditioning sector, or in production of A/C. Are preferable but not essential /liliKnowledge of Electrical CAD and Microsoft Office tools.
