ph3About The Job /h3pAs part of the optimization of our raw material supply chain and the strict quality standards that characterize our products, we are seeking a Leather Sorter Coordinator. /ph3About The Job /h3pReporting to the Quality Manager of the Italy Materials Hub, you will manage and lead a team of 10 leather sorters spread across multiple locations (6 in Italy, 2 in Spain, and 2 in France). Acting as a true operational and managerial pivot, you are the primary point of contact between your team and the wider company. You will drive activity through data and instill a constant continuous improvement approach to guarantee the consistency and excellence of sorting practices (for both classic and exotic leathers). /ph3Job responsibilities /h3ulliManagement and Leadership of the Team (10 team members) /liliLead, coach, and unite the team of quality referent based across sites in Italy, Spain, and France. /liliFacilitate management routines, monitor skills, support skills development, and harmonize international sorting practices (classic and exotic leathers). /liliCentral Point of Contact (Company Interface) /liliAct as a facilitator and single point of contact between the sorters and the company's other departments (Materials Hub, Leather Division, production sites, cutting workshops, tanneries). /liliStreamline the communication of technical information, material alerts, and inspection guidelines across the various sites and internal/external stakeholders. /liliData Analysis and Performance Management /liliExploit and analyze sorting data, quality indicators, selection rates, and workshop operating feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. /liliReport KPIs to stakeholders and propose corrective action plans based on measurable facts.



/liliDriving a Constant Continuous Improvement Approach /liliDrive and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team to continually optimize control, sorting, and material usability methods. /liliImplement regular calibration campaigns and share best practices across different countries. /liliParticipate in projects related to the evolution of tools and quality standards /li /ulh3Profile /h3h3Education and Experience /h3ulliHigher education background, with solid experience (minimum 5 years) in material quality, leather sorting, or cutting, ideally within the luxury sector. /liliSuccessful managerial experience in leading multi-site or remote teams is essential. /liliProven expertise in leather (classic and exotic leathers) is a strong prerequisite. /li /ulh3Professional Skills And Abilities /h3ulliNatural leadership, with excellent listening, communication, and team-building skills. /liliStrong affinity for data analysis and the structuring of performance indicators. /liliContinuous improvement mindset, proactive, and capable of proposing initiatives. /liliRecognized pedagogical skills, ability to transmit demanding standards, lead team routines, and manage change. /liliProficiency in quality tools and tannery inspection methods. /li /ulh3Languages /h3ulliProfessional proficiency in Italian and French (required for multi-country coordination).
