Project Title - Gender Equality Certification UNI/PdR 1252022, Pay Transparency and HR Processes in a Multinational Environment

Background

This curricular internship project aims to provide the student with an opportunity to gain practical and academic exposure to contemporary Human Resources topics, particularly focusing on the Italian Gender Equality Certification framework (UNI/PdR 1252022), related standards and practices, as well as the implications of the recently introduced European Pay Transparency Directive and its local implementation.

The internship will also support the development of the student's university thesis on these topics.

Learning Objectives The intern will have the opportunity to

- Develop an understanding of the regulatory framework related to Gender Equality Certification UNI/PdR 1252022.

- Analyze certification requirements, indicators and renewal processes.

- Support data collection, organization and analysis related to gender equality metrics.

- Study organizational and operational implications of the European Pay Transparency Directive.

- Analyze local implementation requirements and impacts on HR processes.

- Contribute to the preparation of reports, documentation and supporting materials related to certification activities.





- Gain exposure to core HR processes and operating models within a multinational organization.

Here's what you'll need

Key Activities The intern may be involved in

- Regulatory and documentation reviews.

- Support in monitoring Gender Equality Certification KPIs.

- Assistance in preparing documentation for internal and external audits.

- HR data collection and analysis related to workforce demographics, compensation practices, career development and inclusion.

- Support for Pay Transparency assessments and gap analyses.

- Participation in HR and business stakeholder meetings and workshops.

- Preparation of research materials and project deliverables supporting the student's thesis work.

Duration and Working Arrangement The internship is expected to last between 6 and 8 months, with the possibility of extension where required to support thesis completion, subject to local internship regulations and university requirements.

Working arrangements and on-site presence will be agreed with the intern based on educational objectives and organizational needs.

Reimbursement

Any internship allowance/reimbursement will be defined in accordance with applicable local regulations and company policies and will not exceed EUR 500 per month.

Expected Outcomes

- By the end of the internship,



the student will have gained

- Specialized knowledge of gender equality certification frameworks.

- Understanding of the organizational implications of the European Pay Transparency Directive.

- Familiarity with HR processes in a multinational environment.

- Practical experience in HR data analysis and project management activities.

- Research material and insights supporting the preparation of their university thesis.
