About the Role:
The Guest Services Agent/Doorman will be responsible for:
- members transports
- greeting members and guests
- assisting them with their luggage during arrival and departure
- managing errands, parcels and shopping bags
- assisting with the event set up
- delivering grocery to the members and guest
- ensuring a high level of cleanliness in the entrance and luggage storage room
- assisting members and guests at the Reception/Concierge Desk, adding personal recommendations and touches to provide the highest levels of service excellence
Responsibilities:
Previous experience ideally in luxury hospitality operations, excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills and a team spirit approach. You must possess a valid driving license and the legal right to work in Italy at the time of application. Fluency in English and Italian is required for this position.
