Job Purpose

Join the Retail Excellence Global team at our Corporate HQ in Milan. We design client-experience standards for in-store hosting and engagement, train on products, behaviours, and operational procedures, and enable regional teams to deploy these standards to the field. The Intern will support the development and deployment of enablement content, SOPs, and trainings to ensure consistency of client experience across markets and to scale HQ-driven initiatives.

Responsabilities

- Client Experience: Support the development, update, and implementation of client experience standards and in-store engagement guidelines.

- Operations & SOPs: Support day-to-day operations and contribute to the development and maintenance of SOPs, playbooks, and operational procedures.

- Training & Development: Create and maintain training materials, coordinate training schedules and attendance, and ensure timely communication and completion tracking.

- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare dashboards, executive summaries,

and presentations; collect feedback and analyse training and initiative effectiveness.

- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with HQ and regional teams to ensure alignment with global standards, timely deployment, and effective management of documentation and training assets.

Knowledge And Skills

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.

Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken).

Strong analytical mindset with interest in retail client experience and operational excellence.

Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and PowerPoint.

Nice to have: prior internship or coursework in retail operations, training, or learning & development.
