Desanding Plant Operator Mission:

Manage and control the preparation and treatment of drilling slurry, monitoring its quality parameters before, during, and after excavation activities.

Main Responsibilities

• Monitor and control all plant operations.

• Verify that materials meet project quality standards.

• Ensure safe and productive plant operation.

• Operate and maintain desanding systems.

• Prepare accurate daily production reports.

• Comply with safety procedures and project quality standards.

• Maintain order and cleanliness of the plant.

• Perform routine and corrective maintenance activities.

• Report any QHSE violations to the supervisor.

• Support the supervisor in departmental activities.

Key Skills

• Thorough knowledge of desanding plant operations, components, spare parts, limitations, and O&M; manuals.

• Ability to assemble and dismantle desanding plants and slurry circulation systems.

• Experience in operating, monitoring, adjusting, and troubleshooting desanding equipment.

• Ability to evaluate the suitability of treatment processes according to technical requirements.

• Knowledge of slurry properties, including maturation and sand content control.

• Ability to properly clean desanding systems and slurry circulation lines.
