Job Overview The intern will support the team in monitoring sales performance and contributing to target-setting processes across European markets. The role provides exposure to business planning, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making within an international environment. This position offers the opportunity to develop strong analytical skills while gaining a comprehensive understanding of sales operations, forecasting, and performance management in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities The responsibilities of the intern include but are not limited to the following:





- Support monthly target setting process governance for registrations / market share / final customer orders for EU countries
- Daily follow up of month to date actuals vs target, supporting EE Commercial Operations activities contributing to a successful sales performance
- Support Weekly outlook (weekly reforecast) and pre-actuals (last day of the month landing estimate) processes governance
- Ad hoc analysis and reporting requested by EE management

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Behavioral Skills:

- Able to work in a challenging and agile environment
- Proactive, committed in giving maximum support for tasks completion with critical sensibility
- Good organizational, communication, interpersonal, technical and management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across HQ and countries
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Team working

Technical Skills:

- Relevant data analysis and reporting skills, precision/attention to detail
- Master’s Degree (ongoing) in Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering or related fields
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel especially – MS Access is a plus)
- Automotive market environment knowledge is a plus
- Language: Fluency in English, Italian is a plus
