COIMA is a leading group in the investment, development, and management of real estate assets on behalf of Italian and international institutional investors. Active in the Italian real estate sector since 1974, COIMA has developed and continues to manage the Porta Nuova neighbourhood, one of Europe's most prestigious urban regeneration projects.

We are currently looking for an Associate in our Fund & Asset Management team.

The successful candidate will work alongside senior investment professionals, taking an active role in the management, value creation and strategic positioning of some of Italy's most significant real estate assets and development projects.

Key responsibilities:

- Preparation of investor reporting, internal governance materials and financial performance analyses, delivering insightful reports, presentations and datasets for investors, Boards of Directors and Investment Committees.
- Develop, maintain and continuously update asset and fund business plans, including scenario analyses and sensitivities, supporting acquisitions, portfolio management decisions and strategic initiatives throughout the investment lifecycle, in close coordination with the fund manager.
- Manage relationships with tenants and leasing stakeholders, providing financial modelling and business plan impact assessments to support negotiations, renewals and value creation opportunities.
- Partner with development, property management, investment teams and external advisors to monitor project execution, operating performance, approved budgets and key assumptions, supporting business planning and investment decision-making.




- Support internal governance processes through the preparation of reports, presentations and decision-making materials for the Board of Directors and Investment Committee, supported by comprehensive financial analysis, scenario assessment and Excel-based modelling.
- Oversee financing-related activities in collaboration with lenders and internal finance teams, including covenant monitoring, capital drawdowns, liquidity management and funding obligations.
- Monitor and report on financial, operational and ESG KPIs, maintaining accurate investor databases, ensuring timely reporting and driving action plans to address performance deviations.

Education, skills, and experience required:

- University degree in Economics, Financial Markets, or Real Estate Management.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in the real estate or financial sectors, particularly in asset management, development projects, tenant management, leasing, and financing.
- Financial modeling and analytical skills with a strong quantitative aptitude.
- Previous experience in opportunistic fundswill be considered as preferable
- ESG awareness and advocacy, focusing on sustainability metrics and the SFDR framework.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with automated reporting and data analysis solutions.




- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a willingness to educate and share knowledge within the organization.

Base salary range: €42.000 - €53.000 + annual premio and comprehensive benefits package.
