YOUR TASKS
- Risk Assessment & Compliance: Support the RSPP in hazard analysis, identify prevention/protection measures, and update the Risk Assessment Document (DVR) appendices, DUVRI (Via Spinelli), and the Emergency Plan.
- Safety Procedures & System Implementation: Draft safety procedures, manage company appointments for safety roles, and implement Dürr safety procedures and forms in accordance with the Group’s HS Manual.
- Training & Onboarding: Deliver internal health and safety training (State-Regions Agreement for workers/supervisors, initial induction), manage the training schedule, and source external courses.
- Emergency Management & Safety Drills: Brief teams on emergency procedures, organize evacuation drills, and perform periodic inspections and restocking of AEDs and first-aid kits.
- Site & Vendor Management: Manage construction site documentation (Construction Site Directive, POS DSIT), compile legal compliance documents from suppliers, and prepare monthly site hours reports.
- Auditing, Data & Reporting: Conduct internal audits of workshops/offices, track environmental and safety KPIs for Dürr reporting, and prepare semiannual and incident reports.
- Cross-functional Coordination & Supervision:
Collaborate with HR on health surveillance/job descriptions and with Facility Managers on maintenance; oversee workplace access, production areas, and PPE control; collect and review chemical Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
- Corporate Relations & Special Roles: Lead weekly/monthly/annual HS meetings, serve as the Mobility Manager (drafting the annual plan), act as the liaison for external agencies (Fire Dept, Supervisory Bodies), and provide monthly HS consultations to CSIA.
YOUR SKILLS
- Degree in related technical field
- 5+ years of experience as ASPP (within automotive, industrial automation or plant engineering is a plus)
- ASPP Qualification: Possession of valid training certificates for the mandatory legal modules (under Italian Legislative Decree 81/08): Module A (28 hours), Common Module B (48 hours), Continuous Professional Development/Aggiornamento quinquennale obbligatorio (minimum of 20 hours - Certified completion of the mandatory 5-year refresher training currently up to date)
- Very good communication in English (spoken and written). German language skills is a plus
- High problem-solving ability, decision-making skills and a structured, proactive working style
- Capability to foster teamwork, build trust and create a positive performance culture

Contract: Full-Time / Permanent contract
Gross Annual Salary range: From 35.000 to 45.000 euros
