Based in Italy, and truthful to its DNA, KIKO MILANO takes advantage of combining trustworthy quality, creativity and stunning aesthetics /ppYour role at KIKO MILANO /ppWe are looking for a Global Functions HR Business Partner, joining the HR Team, reporting to the HR Senior Manager Global Functions.
/ppThis role will partner with business leaders to implement the HR strategy, with focus on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning and employee engagement.
/ppIn particular, you will: /pulliCollaborate with business leaders and Line Managers to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
/liliAct as a trusted HR advisor to managers, providing guidance on people-related matters and ensuring alignment with business needs.
/liliSupport and manage organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, culture change and process improvements.
/liliEnsure that HR priorities and initiatives are effectively translated into business actions.
/liliManage the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying talent needs and defining profiles to sourcing, interviewing and selecting candidates.
/liliConduct direct searches and proactively identify high-quality candidates through multiple sourcing channels.
/liliLead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and effective integration into the company culture and working environment.
/liliSupport the performance management cycle,
including goal setting, performance reviews and performance improvement plans where required.
/liliManage and support compensation and benefits processes, including annual salary reviews, MBO and variable compensation.
/liliMonitor and analyze key HR KPIs, including turnover, headcount and labor costs, providing insights to support data-driven decision-making.
/liliLead or contribute to key HR initiatives and projects, including organizational restructuring, culture change and HR process improvements.
/li /ulpWhat you will need to succeed /pulliBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Economics and Management, or a related field (HR certifications are a plus).
/lili5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in retail company or in beauty sector.
/liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
/liliStrong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
/liliAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
/liliKnowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
/liliFluency in English is mandatory.
