You will help Italian-speaking customers via phone, email and chat, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of service.
No prior experience is required as paid training is provided.
The role offers a fixed salary with relocation support and a performance premio, plus training.
Schedule is 5 days per week, 8 hours per day with rotating shifts.
