You will own end-to-end workstreams, coach analysts, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Responsabilitàown end-to-end workstreams from framing to recommendation
coordinate and coach analysts and consultants on the stream
manage client counterparts at middle management level and present to senior stakeholders
contribute to proposals,
scope extensions, and client development
help build reusable methodologies and thought leadership for the practice
Requisiti fondamentali3–5 years of Healthcare/Life Sciences experience in international contexts
background in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Economics, Engineering or Biotechnology; master's or MBA a plus
fluent in English; third language a plus
strong analytical skills and ability to structure ambiguous problems
autonomous workstream delivery with prudent escalation when needed
interest in AI and its value in healthcare
