Job Description:

Responsibilities

Allocation of critical parts with Sales Customers Supply Chain Operations SOP PM and Legal

Allocation aligned with cost reduction targets

Review commitments based on capacity to ensure delivery of customer quantities

Ensure clear shipment and allocation plans with Planning and Manufacturing

Collaborate with Operations and Suppliers on root causes and recovery actions

Align with Supply Chain on manufacturing outputs

Set project priorities for duplication and replacement tools with Tool and Die and Sales

Review performance gaps and support improvements

Monitor escalation reports daily to anticipate shortages

Coordinate regularly with SOP Tool and Die and Supply Chain

Review customer satisfaction monthly and drive improvement actions

Communicate with customers and OEMs

Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Sales & Marketing Support Teams assist with implementing sales/marketing initiatives by providing technical and/or product information support (i.e., data analysis, tracking, etc.).



They are also responsible for planning and coordinating promotional programs and other communications initiatives.

What your background should look like:
Educational Required ,Desired:

Bachelor’s degree requires. Business, Supply Chain, Communications preferred.

Approximately 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Planning, Business Support, or a similar role within a B2B manufacturing environment.

APICS Certification desired.
