/ph3Your Responsibilities Will Include: /h3ulliDesigning and Developing Mechanical Systems Components and assemblies for nuclear reactor applications, including piping, heat exchangers, pressure vessels,
and cooling systems /liliCreating and Modifying CAD Drawings Using software like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CREO for detailed design /liliCollaborating with Engineers and Regulatory Agencies Ensuring design feasibility, safety, and compliance /liliConducting material selection, stress analysis, and thermal analysis for optimal performance under high-radiation and high-temperature conditions /liliEnsuring Regulatory Compliance Adhering to industry regulations and codes, including ASME Boiler Pressure Vessel Code (BPVC), NRC guidelines, and ANSI standards /liliEngineering Activities Related to Mechanical Loads Analyzing systems and components, including pressure vessels /liliAssisting in Prototype Development and Testing Troubleshooting nuclear mechanical systems /liliPreparing Technical Documentation Including design specifications, engineering reports, and bills of materials (BOM) /liliRevising Designs Based on Feedback Incorporating testing results, manufacturing input, and regulatory requirements /liliMaintaining Organized Design Files Ensuring version control for nuclear components and systems /liliSupporting the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
Process Including design updates and safety improvements /li /ulh3CANDIDATE PROFILE /h3ulliEducation Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, or a related field /liliExperience 2-5 years in mechanical design for nuclear applications, power plants, or industrial settings /liliCertifications (Preferred) CSWP (Certified SolidWorks Professional), AutoCAD Certification, or equivalent /liliProficiency in CAD Software AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CREO /liliKnowledge of Mechanical Design Principles Material properties and manufacturing processes specific to nuclear applications /liliUnderstanding of Nuclear Reactor Components Cooling systems and radiation shielding /liliFamiliarity with ASME BPVC, NRC Regulations, and ANSI Standards for nuclear mechanical design /liliExperience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) Knowledge of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) for nuclear applications is a plus /liliExperience in Tribology, Seals, and Welding /liliStrong Problem-Solving and Analytical Abilities /liliEffective Communication and Teamwork Skills Essential for collaboration with engineers and regulatory bodies /liliAttention to Detail and Project Management Skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet regulatory deadlines /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications: /h3ulliPhD / Engineering Degree /li /ulh3English (Written and Oral) /h3h3Soft Skills : /h3ulliPassionate Engineer willing to be part of history in nuclear industry.
