The Junior Recruiter has to: - Elaborate job post, following the company's guidelines;
- Publish job posts on the corporate website and on the main job boards;
- Help in on-boarding processes, ensuring the best outcome of them;

The Junior Recruiter has to demonstrate previous professional experience in sales / development and recruitment roles within real estate contexts or in any case in structured business firms. Moreover she/he has: - Strong communication skills;
- Ability to manage different deadlines, on demand requests and prioritize different tasks;
- Strong analytical and organizational skills;
