/p /brh3About the role: /h3 /brpThis position is meant to ensure guest satisfaction at the pool by cordially greeting guests, taking orders and finalizing beverage service in a professional and friendly manner and maintaining the pool area in a clean and organized condition.
/p /brh3What you will do : /h3 /brul /brli-Be part of the opening team /li /brli-Provide guests with a level of service in keeping with Four Seasons standards including; Pick up, stock, restock, and drop off towels, juices, fruits and other amenities needed.
/li /brli-Utilize the hotel computer system by ringing up sales, printing checks,
closing checks and complete end of day revenue reports /li /brli-Conduct all opening procedures including obtain pool keys, unlocking all cabinets, setting up amenities and organizing pool towels.
/li /brli-Serve and clear beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner /li /brli- Assist guests in seating, offering towel , and informing them of amenities, hotel information and food and beverage service.
/li /brli- Wipe down, set up and move, when necessary all pool deck equipment /li /brli- Comply with Four Seasons Category One and Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact .
/li /brli-Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff /li /brli-Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation /li /brli-Report any accident immediately , no matter how minor to a manger /li /brli-Follow proper payroll and uniform procedures /li /br /ul /brh3What you bring : /h3 /brul /brli-High school education or equivalent experience /li /brli-Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
