STMicroelectronics Italia in Sicilia seeks a Technical Marketing Manager to lead the Technical Marketing team and drive market positioning, value proposition, demand creation and go-to-market execution for the GaN discrete power portfolio.

You will work with Product/Commercial Marketing, Application Engineering, Regional Sales & Marketing, and FAEs to translate technical capabilities into customer value and business growth. RF or Rad Hard exposure is a plus depending on priorities.
