David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a fast-growing consumer AI company with 50M+ users that is seeking to onboard a Junior Business Analyst to work closely with founders and senior leadership on high-impact commercial, operational and strategic projects. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Analyse business performance, pricing, churn, product and market opportunitiesBuild financial models, forecasts, business cases and KPI reportingStructure ambiguous business problems and turn data into clear, actionable recommendationsAnalyse P&Ls, unit economics, ROI and payback logicAnalyse subscription business metrics including MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, LTV, retention and cohort performanceTranslate complex analysis into concise recommendations for senior stakeholdersIndependently prepare executive-ready presentations and communicate findings clearlyWork closely with founders, senior leadership and operational stakeholders on business-critical initiatives REQUIREMENTS:2–4 years of experience in Big Four or middle-tier consulting,
specifically within Strategy or Operations practicesFluent spoken and written EnglishExperience at Analyst, Associate or Consultant levelBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance or another relevant quantitative fieldStrong financial modelling capabilities, including P&Ls, unit economics, ROI and payback analysisStrong understanding of subscription business metrics such as MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, LTV, retention and cohort analysisAdvanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH and sensitivity tablesComfortable working independently in a fast-moving environmentComfortable working with uncensored / NSFW AI products BENEFITS:Fully remote positionB2B contract preferredOpportunity to work closely with founders and senior leadershipOpportunity to contribute to high-impact commercial, operational and strategic projects within a fast-growing AI companyAnd many more!
